1.    Terms of Payment. Upon acceptance of the project mobilization payment should be given amounting 50% and the remaining 50% will be given upon completion of the project.
2.    If the CCTV items are already finish installed and you decided to relocate the camera there is fee 500 pesos for each camera.
3.    We don’t have other service other than camera installing and cabling.
4.    Warranty Policies. For products purchased in the company, all claims for warranty shall make within a period of 18months from the date of purchased. Otherwise no claim shall be entertained by the company.
Keep your Receipt for warranty purposes. All items claimed for warranty must be accompanied with a proof of purchase (warranty receipt, sales invoice or O. R) without any proof of purchase. NO WARRANTY/ NO EXCHANGE of items. 
Warranty is automatically void. If the following is/are found in the items: BURNT, DENT, PHYSICAL (DAMAGED/ BREAKAGE (CRACKED)] MISHANDLED ABUSE, MODIFIED OR ALTERED, and NEGLECTED, TAMPERED WARRANTY STICKER.
5.    Warranty does not apply to following. If items warranty sticker is broken. Items are modified by other technician. Damage due mishandling of products. Damage cause by nature. No receipt.
6.    There is no express warranty on the products and services of the company except for hidden defects or apparent negligent services. Change of mind, misuse of product and mistake in the installations done by the customer shall not be covered by any warranty.
7.    For Camera and DVR/NVR excluded in warranty if natural damage: thunder, lightning, burn. If broken or mishandled by installer of client.
8.    No warranty if we found out that the camera has no screw.
9.    Return Policy. All items purchased in the company can be replaced upon presentation of proof of purchase within 7days from the date of purchase unless items in have defects are found without the fault of the company. If a sudden price drop occurred within 7days period, price of the item purchase will be based on the current market price. If a price increase occurred, computation will be based on the Actual Amount Purchase
10.    Defectives Items. All items occurred by warranty but lapsed the allowable warranty replacement period will be PULLED OUT and sent back to the supplier for warranty purposes. Pulled out items can be claimed with the maximum of 20 working days upon received. If the defective item under the allowable replacement period has No Stock, customers can upgrade provided that they will pay for the upgraded amount and the warranty period will be that of the first transaction. Unclaimed items within 30days shall have a storage fee of 5% per month from the actual amount of items.
11.    All items released by the company are presumed released in good condition.
